Anthony Bruno, CPCU, CRIS
Regional Manager, Construction Practice Group
Anthony is the Regional Manager of the Construction Practice Group at Marshall+Sterling. In this role, he leads the team in developing construction account strategy, fostering carrier relationships and finding creative risk management solutions for contractors across the region, working closely with sales and operations teams to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met.
Prior to joining Marshall+Sterling, Anthony spent over a decade at USI Insurance, where he most recently led their Technical Resources team in the Northeast Region. Before that, he served as Regional Construction Placement Director and as the Commercial Lines Leader in USI's Westchester office. Anthony has an extensive background in all aspects of construction insurance and risk management, including the placement of captives, loss sensitive insurance programs, as well as project-specific and wrap-up (OCIP/CCIP) insurance programs.
Prior to USI, Anthony held positions at regional and national brokerages as an Account Executive and Marketing Manager.
Anthony received his Bachelor's degree from Fordham University in New York City. He previously served as Board Secretary of the Westchester-Fairfield-Hudson chapter of the CPCU Society. He lives in Danbury, CT with his family.

Casey LaChapelle
SVP, Director of Surety
Casey is a veteran surety executive with deep experience partnering with contractors, owners and developers on complex bonding and risk management, recently serving as SVP of Surety and Construction Services at NFP. He began his career at Travelers before joining CNA Surety, where he advanced to Underwriting Director managing the Upstate New York book of business. Casey is past President of both the Upstate New York SFAA Chapter and the New York Capital District CFMA Chapter, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Siena College.
Mary Reddy
Claims Manager
Mary Reddy is a Commercial Lines Claims Manager at Marshall+Sterling, overseeing all aspects of the commercial claims process and helping clients navigate claims with confidence and care. With more than 32 years of insurance industry experience spanning claims, client service, and claims management, Mary provides expert guidance and oversight across commercial Property & Casualty, liability, and workers' compensation claims. Her extensive industry knowledge, responsive approach, and commitment to exceptional client service help ensure claims are handled efficiently and effectively from start to finish.
Carolyn Boshart, CRIS
Sr. Risk Placement Manager
Carolyn Boshart is the Senior Risk Placement Manager at Marshall+Sterling, partnering with producers across the organization to place new business opportunities generating $5,000 or more in revenue. In addition to managing risk placement opportunities, she leads a team of two Risk Placement Specialists, providing guidance, support and leadership to help deliver effective solutions for producers and clients.
Carolyn joined Marshall+Sterling in 2011 as a Sales Executive and transitioned to Small Account Rate Specialist in 2013. In 2016, she moved into the role of Marketing Manager, continuing to expand her expertise and responsibilities within the organization.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary College and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University.
Brian Butler
Loss Control Coordinator
Brian Butler is a Loss Control Coordinator for Commercial Lines accounts at Marshall+Sterling Insurance. He partners with producers, account managers, carrier resources, and clients to coordinate risk management and loss control services that help construction businesses improve safety, reduce losses, and strengthen regulatory compliance. His responsibilities include implementing digital risk management solutions, supporting client onboarding, analyzing risk exposures, and helping clients develop proactive safety and compliance programs.
Brian’s background includes experience in commercial insurance, safety and facility operations, loss prevention, quality systems, and manufacturing, providing him with a practical understanding of the operational risks faced by construction contractors and other complex commercial operations. He is licensed in New York for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance

A veteran of Marshall+Sterling Insurance for more than 25 years, Dave specializes in all lines of commercial insurance programs with an emphasis on the commercial construction and contracting industries as well as municipalities and public entities. Dave provides a broad range of commercial liability coverages, workers’ compensation, risk analysis and loss control services, as well as safety policies and programs.
Dave is licensed by the New York State Insurance Department as a Property and Casualty Broker, and is a Certified Insurance Counselor. He is active in the community, having served on the Board of Directors for the Hospice Foundation, Families First New York and Hudson Valley Renegades Pitch for Kids Foundation. Dave is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Dillon Fontaine, CLCS, CRIS

Dillon specializes in serving the construction, check cashing, money handling and pawnbroker industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, as well as a Minor in Marketing from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts. He is licensed by the New York State insurance Department as a property and casualty insurance broker. He also holds excess lines insurance licenses in various states throughout the country as well as the following designations: Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS).
Dillon is dedicated to providing unparalleled insurance solutions for both large and small business clients throughout the nation, ensuring that the individual needs of each client are exceeded. He is a member of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, the North East Sub Contractors Association (NESCA), the Association of General Contractors (AGC NY State), the Construction Contractors Association (CCA), the National Association of Surety Bond Producers, the National Pawnbrokers Association (NPA) and Financial Service Centers of America (FISCA).

Andrew Taffe is a construction insurance specialist and Licensed Insurance Broker with Marshall & Sterling since 2016. A lifelong resident of Poughkeepsie, New York and a graduate of Marist College, Andrew has built his career around a single focus: helping General and Trade contractors protect and grow their businesses through customized insurance and risk management strategies.
As a key contributor to Marshall+Sterling's Construction Practices Group, Andrew serves as a trusted resource for contractors throughout New York State. His services include financial and contract review, risk strategy implementation, and cost containment initiatives designed to strengthen his clients' bottom line and long-term stability.
Andrew holds the CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist), CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist) designations and Surety Level 1 certification from the National Association of Surety Bond Producers. He is a graduate of the Construction Leadership Academy of New York State, hosted by the Associated General Contractors (AGC).
Deeply engaged in the construction community, Andrew is an active member of several trade associations, including the Northeastern Subcontractors Association (NESCA), the Associated General Contractors of New York State (AGC NYS), and the Construction Contractors Association of the Hudson Valley (CCA).
